We are seeking a creative, proactive and results-driven Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and informative content that strengthens the company's online presence, promotes our properties, educates our audience and generates interest from prospective buyers and investors. The ideal candidate should understand social media, storytelling and real estate marketing, and be able to turn ideas, property information and industry trends into compelling content.

Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms. Create content around property listings, real estate investment, land, housing and market trends. Research relevant real estate topics, trends and audience interests. Develop content ideas, scripts, captions, hooks and storytelling concepts. Create and coordinate Reels, short-form videos, carousels, educational posts and other social media content. Write clear, engaging and persuasive captions and social media copy. Support property marketing campaigns with relevant content. Conduct basic research on real estate market trends and industry news. Collaborate with the marketing, sales and creative teams to develop content. Repurpose existing content into different formats for various platforms. Maintain consistency in the company's tone, messaging and brand identity. Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach. Stay updated on social media trends, content formats and emerging digital marketing practices.

Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field. 1 - 3 years' experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing or a related role. Excellent writing and communication skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends. Ability to create engaging content specifically for social media audiences. Good storytelling and creative thinking skills. Ability to research and simplify complex information into engaging content. Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools. Basic understanding of video creation/editing is an advantage. Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
