We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with content creation, social media management, community engagement, and digital advertising. You should be able to develop content ideas, write compelling copy, create and edit videos, capture quality photos and videos, manage social media platforms, and use digital campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate engagement and leads.

Develop and implement social media and content strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and manage monthly content calendars across relevant social media platforms. Create engaging content including written posts, graphics, photos, reels, short-form videos, and other digital assets. Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and other social media copy. Capture and edit quality photos and videos for social media. Build and manage an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries. Develop strategies to grow followers, reach, engagement, and overall digital presence. Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform developments and identify growth opportunities. Support digital campaigns, events, programmes, and other marketing initiatives. Stay current with emerging content formats, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role. Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content from concept to execution. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant content creation or social media management tools.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Experience creating and editing short-form videos. Good photography and basic graphic design skills. Experience managing paid social media campaigns is required. Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Creative, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
