Job Title: Direct Sales Agent (Business Banking)
Locations: Lagos Island, Lekki, Ajah, Yaba, Surulere, Ikeja, and Dopemu - Lagos

Responsibilities
Acquire new business customers within assigned locations.
Identify and engage SMEs, entrepreneurs and business owners.
Promote relevant business banking products and services.
Generate and follow up on quality business leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Conduct field visits to prospective and existing business customers.
Support customer onboarding and account acquisition.
Identify opportunities to grow the client's business banking customer base.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback.
Achieve assigned customer acquisition and business development targets.
RequirementsMinimum of an SSCE/OND; higher qualifications will be an advantage.
Previous experience in sales, business development, banking, fintech, microfinance or SME-focused roles is an advantage.
Experience engaging business owners, SMEs or entrepreneurs will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Strong prospecting and customer acquisition ability.
Confident and comfortable with field-based business development.
Good understanding of the business environment within the preferred location.
Candidates should reside within close proximity to their preferred deployment location.
Self-motivated, commercially minded and target-driven.
Good digital literacy and ability to use smartphones and basic digital tools.
What We Offer
Monthly Net Salary: N100,000
12-month contract engagement

No daily office reporting requirement
