Job Title: Direct Sales Agent - Community Banking

Deployment Locations: Alaba International / Trade Fair Market – 6; Dopemu / Aluminium Village / Ladipo / Mushin Markets – 4; Lagos Island – Mandilas / Idumota / Oke Arin / Sandgross – 2.
Responsibilities
Acquire new customers within assigned markets and communities.
Promote the client's banking products and services.
Identify and develop new customer leads.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Visit prospective and existing customers within assigned locations.
Support customer onboarding and account acquisition.
Achieve assigned business and customer acquisition targets.
Provide excellent customer service and market feedback.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE/OND; higher qualifications will be an advantage.
Previous experience in sales, direct sales, banking, fintech, microfinance, FMCG or customer acquisition is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and confident in approaching prospective customers.
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Good knowledge of the assigned market or surrounding community is an advantage.
Candidates should reside within close proximity to their preferred deployment location.
Must be energetic, self-motivated, target-driven and reliable.
Basic digital literacy and ability to use a smartphone.
What we offer
Monthly Net Salary: ₦100,000
6-month contract engagement

Primarily field-based work
No daily office reporting requirement
