 Job Title: Experienced Audit Staff

Location: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos

The ideal candidates will have relevant experience in external auditing, financial reporting and internal control assessments, with the ability to execute audit assignments effectively, uphold professional standards and deliver high-quality client service.

Execute audit engagements in accordance with applicable auditing standards, professional guidelines and regulatory requirements. Review financial statements for compliance with IFRS and relevant statutory requirements. Evaluate internal controls, identify risks and recommend appropriate improvements. Prepare and review audit working papers, audit reports and management letters. Ensure compliance with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, including CAMA 2020 and relevant FRCN requirements. Collaborate with audit teams and maintain effective client relationships to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of engagements.

A Degree in Accounting or a related discipline. Relevant experience in external auditing, preferably within a professional accounting firm. ACA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of IFRS, International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and applicable Nigerian regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant audit or accounting software.
