Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Alimosho, Lagos

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum of 3–4 years’ relevant experience in facility management, preferably in a supermarket, retail outlet, shopping mall, or commercial establishment.
Experience in supervising facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, generators, and other facility equipment.
Experience coordinating cleaning, security, waste management, and general facility operations.
Ability to manage maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Experience monitoring maintenance expenses, records, and inventory of tools and supplies.
Knowledge of health, safety, fire prevention, and environmental standards.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and supervisory skills.
Ability to respond promptly to facility breakdowns and minimize operational disruptions.
Candidates residing within or close to Alimosho are preferred.
Candidates with educational background in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
