Job Description

• We're seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across our sites.
• As a Working Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be responsible for cleaning, supervising a team of cleaners, conducting inspections, managing cleaning schedules, carrying out one-off jobs at client's houses and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Manage cleaning schedules, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
• Previous experience as a cleaner/supervisor in a cleaning company is a must have.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
