Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

• The Telesales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• The role focuses on converting leads into sales, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Success in this role is measured by the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and accurately document all sales activities.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–3 years’ telesales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage difficult or high-profile clients with confidence.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Salary
N700,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
