We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Officer

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Work Schedule: 5 days on (live in company accommodation) – 5 days off

Role Overview

  • MagikWorld Global Services is seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Officer to join our operations team in Gwarinpa, Abuja.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing company materials, managing stock inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods and supplies.
  • This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and supporting both office and customer supply needs.

Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing:

  • Identify and source quality materials, equipment, and supplies needed by the company.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices and delivery terms.
  • Ensure timely procurement of approved items while maintaining budget discipline.

Inventory & Store Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock in the company’s store.
  • Track goods received and issued, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Keep an updated record of all office assets and consumables.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate logistics for delivery of supplied items to the office and project sites.
  • Assist in organizing logistics for customer deliveries as needed.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of materials.

Reporting & Control:

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and logistics operations.
  • Maintain strong internal controls to prevent stock losses or misuse.
  • Support management in planning and optimizing the supply chain process.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or storekeeping roles.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement procedures.
  • Good negotiation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management tools.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Must reside in Abuja or be willing to live within the company’s accommodation during on-duty periods.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
