 Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Ejigbo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven *Field Sales Representative* to drive customer acquisition, generate sales, and increase revenue within assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying new customers, building relationships, negotiating effectively, and closing sales.

Identify and approach potential customers within assigned areas. Consistently close sales and convert prospects into paying customers. Drive revenue growth through effective prospecting, negotiation, and sales closing. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Follow up on leads and customer enquiries to improve conversion rates. Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong business relationships. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers. Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers within approved guidelines. Collect and provide relevant market and competitor information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base. Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance to management. Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.

Minimum of WAEC / SSCE Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, food sales, retail sales, or a related role is an advantage. Must be comfortable working in the field and visiting customers. Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills. Must be proactive, energetic, and results-oriented.

Strong ability to close sales and convert prospects into customers.

Salary: N100,000 per month + Commission Additional Benefit / Allowance: N50,000.
