About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth for a company specialising in distributing high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and plumbing products.
This role involves direct client engagement, market research, and hands-on sales tactics to meet and exceed targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities; build relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
Manage a client portfolio, providing tailored solutions and post-sale support.
Develop and execute territory sales plans; track performance via CRM.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
Submit regular reports on sales activity and forecasts.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Proven field sales experience, ideally in trading or a related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to travel within the sales territory.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000
Performance-based commission
