Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Head of Field Marketing & Merchant Acquisition to lead the expansion of our merchant acquisition and field sales operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute merchant acquisition and field marketing strategies.
Recruit, train and supervise field marketing officers and supervisors.
Drive POS deployment, merchant activation, business account acquisition and transaction growth.
Establish performance targets and monitor field sales productivity.
Develop merchant acquisition campaigns across supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, hotels, petrol stations and other retail sectors.
Build scalable field sales structures across Lagos and other Nigerian markets.
Implement CRM-based field reporting, performance measurement and merchant retention initiatives.
RequirementsMinimum of 8 years of relevant sales and business development experience.
Proven leadership experience in fintech, banking, payment services or merchant acquisition.
Demonstrable success managing large field sales teams.
Strong knowledge of Nigeria's POS and merchant payment ecosystem.
Excellent leadership, analytical and commercial execution skills.
SalaryN750,000 - N1,000,000 / month.
