Adamawa Hotel is a newly established modern hotel dedicated to providing professional services to guests. It is one of the top 3 hotels in Yola with full amenities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager

Location: Yola, Adamawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

The Manager will oversees day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

Supervise all departments: F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance, Security, Finance.
Ensure excellent guest experience by monitoring service standards.
Approve departmental requisitions and high-value purchases.
Conduct daily briefings with department heads.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian health, fire, and labor regulations.
Handle guest complaints, especially VIP and escalated cases.
Monitor hotel revenue, occupancy, and cost control measures.
Represent the hotel in local community, tourism, and business networks.

Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience in managing a hotel for at least 5 years is absolutely necessary.
