The Human Resources and Administration Officer will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluation, and administrative tasks to support the company's operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:


Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records.
Monitor employee attendance for monthly salary calculations, overtime payments for eligible staff, and leave management.
Assist in performance management, including appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Implement employee orientation and training programs.


Administration:


Oversee office supplies and ensure all administrative needs are met.
Maintain and organize office files and documents, both physical and digital.


Employee Relations


Create a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with employee welfare, health, and safety standards.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Membership in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is required.


Experience:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Administration roles, preferably in the Real Estate Sector.
Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Familiarity with staff-related health benefits (HMO plan).
Good knowledge of Group Life Insurance operations.
Familiarity with staff registration processes for Pension Fund Administrators (PFA).


Key Competencies & Qualities:


Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail. Integrity and professionalism.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience with HR software tools is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
Primarily on-site, with flexibility when necessary.
