Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Instagram Sales Closer to drive online sales for a growing cosmetics brand.
The successful candidate will engage customers across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, convert inquiries into sales, and build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other assigned channels.
Convert customer inquiries into sales by recommending suitable products and achieving assigned sales targets.
Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the Operations team for timely order fulfillment.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and complaints professionally.
Promote products, campaigns, new launches, and special offers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare periodic sales performance reports.
Share customer feedback and market insights with relevant teams.
Represent the brand professionally and comply with company policies.
RequirementsMinimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in online sales, customer service, social media sales, or e-commerce.
Proven experience achieving sales targets through social media platforms.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle is highly desirable.
Training or certification in Sales, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management is an added advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
SalaryN110,000 / month.
