We're looking for a motivated Junior Barista who is passionate about coffee, enjoys working with people and is eager to grow within a specialty coffee environment. We're looking for people who want to help build a community. If you're passionate about great coffee and matcha, genuine hospitality and creating a space where people feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role

You'll work alongside our Head Barista to prepare drinks, maintain quality standards and provide exceptional customer service while developing your skills in specialty coffee.

Prepare coffee, matcha and specialty beverages Deliver friendly and professional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café Restock ingredients and support daily operations Follow brewing recipes and quality standards Assist with opening and closing duties Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming café experience

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualification with 1 year experience. Previous café or hospitality experience preferred Passion for coffee and willingness to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills
