Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Ijaiye- Ojokoro, Lagos
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the hotel’s buildings, equipment, facilities, and utility systems through regular inspection, preventive maintenance, and prompt repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel facilities.
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply, and general building systems.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment failures and operational downtime.
Identify and rectify electrical and plumbing faults.
Monitor generators, pumps, air-conditioning systems, water systems, and other hotel equipment.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, tools, and equipment.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and hotel standards.
Liaise with contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required.
Keep the maintenance workshop, tools, and equipment clean, safe, and properly organized.
Support other departments with technical and maintenance-related issues.
SalaryN100,000 / month.
