They are seeking Sales Agent to drive merchant acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and managing merchants across the Lagos Island axis, including Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, and Ajah.

Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchants across restaurants, lounges, bars, hotels, supermarkets, retail stores, and other businesses within the assigned territory. Promote and sell POS terminals and business management solutions to prospective merchants. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and business benefits. Manage the complete merchant onboarding process, including KYC documentation and account activation. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers. Achieve assigned monthly merchant acquisition, activation, and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other reporting platforms. Provide post-onboarding support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and continuous product usage. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging business opportunities.

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline. 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, POS sales, or business development within the FinTech industry. Current or recent FinTech Sales Agent experience is mandatory. Proven experience selling POS terminals or business management solutions and onboarding merchants. Strong knowledge of the Lagos Island market, particularly Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, and Ajah. Candidates with an existing merchant network within these locations will be highly preferred. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly. Application Closing Date
