Job Summary
Cynosure Realty Limited is looking for a smart and detail-oriented NYSC Corper in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate and construction space.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in site inspections and project supervision.
Support in design, planning, and documentation.
Work with the team on construction and development projects.
Help monitor project progress and report updates.
Perform other assigned technical and administrative tasks.
RequirementsMust be a serving NYSC corper (preferably just completed camp or within 2–3 months post-camp).
Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Building Technology.
Must reside in Wuye or nearby areas.
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Good understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
