Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations across all branches.
The role ensures accurate transaction processing, proper branch records, effective loan and repayment monitoring, timely default follow-up, correct use of Finserve, and accurate operational reporting.
The position requires strong attention to detail, accountability, follow-up, and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and verify daily transactions across all branches.
Ensure loans, repayments, savings, deposits, and withdrawals are accurately recorded in Finserve.
Monitor branch operations and ensure proper record-keeping.
Track loan repayments and identify missed payments within 24 hours.
Maintain and update default records and coordinate follow-up with Account Officers.
Ensure customer records are complete and accurate.
Monitor proper use of Finserve and follow up on system issues.
Prepare daily and weekly operations reports.
Monitor the performance of the operations and reconciliation teams.
Identify operational gaps, resolve errors, and escalate serious issues to Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in operations, microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related environment.
Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with operational software; Finserve experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to monitor multiple branches and manage competing priorities.
Ability to identify problems proactively and take corrective action.
Strong integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently.
SalaryN250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
