Job Description
Enugu Air Limited is seeking experienced and customer focused Passenger Service Supervisors to oversee passenger handling and ground service activities at our stations.
The successful candidate will supervise frontline passenger service personnel, ensure efficient and professional handling of passengers, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and operational compliance throughout the passenger journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate passenger service activities at the station.
Ensure efficient check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and passenger assistance processes.
Lead and monitor Passenger Service Executives to ensure excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with airline policies, airport procedures, and applicable aviation regulations.
Coordinate effectively with Flight Operations, Cabin Crew, Security, Airport Authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
Handle passenger complaints, special requests, disruptions, and other service-related issues professionally.
Monitor boarding and departure processes to support the airline's on-time performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or HND in Aviation Management, Social Sciences , Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in passenger services, airport operations, airline ground handling, or a related aviation environment.
Previous supervisory experience in an airline or airport environment is required.
Knowledge of passenger handling procedures and airport operations.
Familiarity with airline reservation, check-in, or departure control systems is an advantage.
Candidates with relevant aviation training or certifications will have an added advantage.
NYSC: Evidence of completion or exemption from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
