Coker Farm Distribution Limited is looking for hardworking, responsible, and committed Pen Attendants to join our poultry operations team. The Pen Attendant will be responsible for the daily care of birds and maintaining cleanliness and proper conditions within the poultry pen. This role requires someone who is hands-on, observant, physically fit, and willing to work in a farm environment.

Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance of poultry pens Rake and manage litter properly Monitor birds and report sick or weak birds immediately Ensure feeders and drinkers are clean and functioning properly Monitor feed and water availability Assist with medication and vaccination as instructed Record and report daily mortality Assist with catching, stocking, and de-stocking of birds Maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity procedures Follow instructions from the Pen Manager and farm veterinarian Keep the pen and surrounding work area clean at all times Report any unusual bird behaviour, equipment faults, or other issues immediately

Previous poultry farm experience is an added advantage Must be physically fit and comfortable working with poultry Must be hardworking, disciplined, and reliable Must be willing to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays when required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Must be attentive and willing to learn Experience handling broilers is an added advantage.

N70,000 - N90,000 / month.
