Job Summary

• TheMarketing Executivewill be responsible for promoting the company’s property offerings, identifying prospective clients, and closing sales.
• The role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Job Description

• Source new clients through networking, referrals, and field marketing.
• Promote and sell properties to individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential buyers.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
