Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in selling real estate properties. Preference will be given to female candidates, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site inspections.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation and reports.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and property values.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate property sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
• Familiarity with the Abuja property market is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing skills is desirable.
