Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Executives to join our team.
  • As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving property sales, engaging clients, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in property site inspections to showcase listings to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and enhance skills.
  • Actively promote the company’s property portfolio through various marketing channels.

Requirements

  • OND / NCE / BSc Degree in any field from a recognized institution
  • 1 - 2 years experience in real estate sale
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
  • Availability for site inspections and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
  • Proximity to Ikeja or willing to commute.

Remuneration
N150,000 monthly + Commission (12%) and benefits.
