We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Receptionist / Housekeeper
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests, visitors, and patients professionally.
Manage guest check-in, check-out, and room reservations.
Maintain clean and well-presented guest rooms, offices, and common areas.
Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
Monitor housekeeping supplies and report maintenance issues.
Support the delivery of a safe, clean, and pleasant environment.
RequirementsMinimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
At least 2-5 years' experience in front desk, housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
