Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Automobile
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the automobile industry.
Must have proven experience selling/managing both 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
Experience managing dealers, distributors and sales channels.
Strong knowledge of dealer development, territory expansion and market penetration.
Proven ability to manage regional sales targets and lead sales teams.
Experience in developing sales strategies and monitoring competitor activities.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
SalaryN300,000 - N400,000 per month.
