About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, managing teams effectively, and driving revenue and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage front-of-house and bar staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage sales, revenue, budgets, and operational costs.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and wastage.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and hospitality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, finance, and other departments.
Prepare and review operational reports, staff schedules, and performance targets.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service, and overall guest experience.
Ensure responsible and efficient bar operations, including stock control and beverage quality.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and profitability.
Requirements7–9 years of proven experience in restaurant, bar, hotel, or related hospitality management.
Demonstrated experience managing restaurant and/or bar operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Good knowledge of hospitality operations, customer service, and cost control.
Strong understanding of inventory management and revenue generation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Candidates based in Abuja or willing to relocate are preferred.
Salary and Benefits
N300,000 – N500,000 per month depending on experience and suitability.
