Job Title: Retail Sales Representative
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets.
Ensure products are stocked and available on shelves.
Monitor shelf positioning, pricing, and product visibility.
Maintain merchandising standards.
Check stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
Build relationships with store managers and purchasing teams.
Execute promotions and monitor competitor products.
Track sales performance and outlet compliance.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1 – 3 years of sales experience in FMCG.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Can work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
