 Job Title: Retail Store Executive

Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on and customer‑focused Retail Store Manager. You’ll curate personalized gift selections, guide customers through purchase choices, manage daily store operations, take inventories and create engaging weekly social media content using Canva, CapCut, and other AI tools.

Oversee daily opening, closing, and operational routines. Engage with walk‑in and online customers, helping them select tailored gifts based on their briefs, occasion, budget, and recipient. Curate unique gift packages and suggest upsell options to enhance customer satisfaction. Plan and create daily contents for the company’s social media platforms Track content performance and adjust strategies to boost engagement. Maintain accurate inventory tracking, and keep regular sales record Update and analyze sales and inventory data for daily and monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with proven experience as a store manager in a similar role (added advantage) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication skills; friendly, approachable, and must pay attention to details Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (social media content production). Familiar with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Zoho , Quickbooks (or willing to learn) Basic knowledge of using Canva, Capcut and other similar apps Female (For gender balance)

Competitive salary (N150,000 - N250,000) + project-based commissions. Training and opportunities for professional development A small supportive work environment in a creative, gift-centered retail setting.
