Job Overview

M-KOPA is seeking a Sales Executive to oversee all sales activities within a designated territory.

Key Duties

Oversee and achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Exceed M-KOPA product sales goals by cultivating local networks.
Embody M-KOPA brand values, ensuring retail point standards and guidelines are followed.
Hire, train, mentor & manage a team of field-based Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to meet targets aligned with M-KOPA business objectives.
Closely monitor and evaluate DSR performance to ensure standards are met.
Oversee DSR inventory and address audit recommendations according to M-KOPA guidelines.
Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies to ensure Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly sales targets are achieved.
Analyze and track Marketing campaign effectiveness.
Compile reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field
2+ years of Sales experience in FinTech, Microfinance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Mobile-Money, FMCG, or similar industries in Nigeria.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
Planning, Organizational, and Conflict-resolution capabilities
Exceptional Presentation, Communication, Coaching, and Interpersonal Skills
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
Process-oriented mindset required.
