Job Summary
A kitchen appliance company is recruiting a result driven and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join it's workforce.
The ideal candidate will promote and sell premium kitchen appliances.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and convert prospective customers into buyers of premium kitchen appliances.
Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and timely sales reporting.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of sales targets
Lead generation and conversion rate
Customer satisfaction and repeat business
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting
Product knowledge and demonstration effectiveness.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years sales experience in B2B, B2C preferably in appliances, interiors, furnitures or related industry
Understanding of inbuilt kitchen appliances or related products is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of customer engagement and sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.
SalaryN300,000 - N500,000 per month.
