Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of consumer electronics and home appliances while delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve assigned targets.
Attend to customers, leads, enquiries, and referrals.
Generate new sales opportunities and follow up on prospects.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Keep accurate sales records and submit timely reports.
Work with the Branch Manager and sales team to achieve branch targets.
Key KPIs
Sales revenue
Units sold
Lead conversion
New customers
Repeat sales
Target achievement
Customer satisfaction.
RequirementsOND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years’ sales experience, preferably in electronics, home appliances, retail, or telecommunications.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of electronics/home appliances is an advantage.
Proactive, persuasive, presentable, and results-oriented.
SalaryN100,000 - N120,000 / month.
