Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Managers to join our team. We are looking for experienced sales experts from the Automobile, Insurance, FMCGs or Corporate Banking sectors.
ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Lead an inspire: Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Build Relationship: Grow and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
Deliver Result: Monitor performance and provide regular reports to management.
Key Resquirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Over 7 years' sales experience (at least 4 years in a managerial role).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in Automobile, Insurance or Corporate Banking sectors is mandatory.
