Job Title: Sales Representative (IVD Industry)
Location: Lagos
Summary
We are seeking to urgently recruit a Sales Representative to support our growing presence in Lagos. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of IVD products, equipment, and reagents across Lagos and neighbouring states.
Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the state/region.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings where required.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
Ensure effective follow-up, customer satisfaction, and account management.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the IVD or medical diagnostics industry.
Strong knowledge of laboratory products, equipment and reagents is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be based in Lagos and environs.
