We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage key client accounts, and oversee campaigns that drive brand growth and business objectives.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals. ⁠Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide insights to support marketing decisions. Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple channels to improve brand visibility and engagement. Identify opportunities for brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Manage relationships with key client accounts, serving as a strategic partner and primary point of contact. Understand client needs and translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and campaigns. ⁠Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and performance discussions. ⁠Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships. Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.

Campaign Management & Execution Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, digital, and design teams, to deliver high-quality marketing solutions. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing communications across all platforms.

Track marketing activities and evaluate performance against agreed objectives and KPIs. Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution. Support brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic ideas for client campaigns. Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency. Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience managing key client accounts and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, public relations, content marketing, and marketing communications. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
