Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, team leadership, and achievement of business targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills within the hospitality or wellness industry.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead and supervise the branch team to achieve operational and revenue targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve client concerns.
Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
Manage branch inventory, budgets, reports, and operational performance.
Coordinate staff training and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in spa, hospitality, or operations management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of spa operations, hospitality, or retail management is an added advantage.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
