Duties

Inventory control: Physical and digital stock reception and distribution; and inventory counting.
Maintenance: Tidying the store and adhering to 5s principles to maintain cleanliness.
Client relations: Document and address all customer concerns and assist with inquiries
Marketing: Ensure visibility of all promotional materials, demonstrations, and advertising; and represent the client professionally as their public face.
Distributing and assigning inventory and sales resources to the sales force.
Provide any necessary assistance to the sales team
Managing reverse logistics on behalf of the sales team Inventory control.
Accepting deliveries Dispensing stock to customers and sales personnel working in the store.
Monitoring inventory movement and distribution, ensuring it remains current Customer service and troubleshooting.
Facilitating customer phone repairs through client-approved repair partners.
Delivering client-mandated customer experience to all store visitors, addressing all their requests.
Executing device exchanges and terminations.
Monitoring all ongoing customer issues and ensuring swift resolution.
Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications / Abilities & Proficiencies / Educational Background

HND / B.Sc in any discipline or specialized training in customer service.
Minimum 2 years experience in customer care or related field.
Fundamental Excel proficiency.
