Job Title: Team Leader 

Location: Kano–Maradi Railway Project – Nigeria Mission

Execute construction operations by planning, directing, and supervising the assigned teams and resources, in accordance with management instructions and applicable regulations, to ensure productivity and efficiency, regular reporting of completed activities, and compliance with established quality, environmental, and safety standards.


Responsibilities

Coordinate construction teams and supervise work execution, monitoring and adjusting site activities in accordance with management instructions, project plans, and applicable standards; Allocate human resources, materials, tools, and equipment across the various activities required for the efficient execution of civil construction works; Provide operational support in the use, handling, movement, and transportation of construction equipment and materials; Coordinate construction, maintenance, operational, and emergency teams to ensure that all required procedures are performed safely and effectively; Monitor work progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures to meet quality, productivity, cost, and schedule targets; Record and report site activities, progress, incidents, delays, resource usage, and other relevant occurrences; Ensure that completed and ongoing works, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained and kept in good condition; Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, construction methods, and quality-control requirements.


Education

12th grade.


Professional experience:

5 years in the civil construction area (public infrastructures) production department Work in a demanding construction environment; Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
