Role Overview
We are looking for a Telesales Officer to join a dynamic team committed to driving financial inclusion and providing convenient financial solutions to individuals and small business owners across Nigeria.
As a Telesales Officer, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and sales virtually, supporting customers throughout the application process, retaining existing customers, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries, loan applications, complaints, and other interactions within agreed SLAs.
Drive customer acquisition through assigned and self-generated leads.
Achieve set sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
Ensure loan transactions are processed accurately and in line with company policies.
Provide excellent customer service across relevant engagement channels.
Maintain required KPIs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction levels.
Provide feedback to support continuous improvement of products, processes, and customer experience.
RequirementsB.Sc. degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in Telesales, Sales, Customer Service, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
