Job Title: Training Administrator / HR Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Training Administrator & HR Officer to join our team.
  • This role is central to managing our training operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all training programs, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and communication with facilitators and participants.
  • Develop and maintain training records, reports, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage HR administration including leave management, performance appraisals, and policy implementation.
  • Liaise with clients, trainers, and partners to ensure quality delivery of programs. • Provide administrative support to the management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in training administration and/or HR functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
