Job Summary
We are recruiting a Van Sales Representative Driver to support sales growth and distribution operations across assigned territories.
The ideal candidate will combine excellent driving skills with strong sales capabilities to ensure product availability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Execute daily sales and distribution activities.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor stock movement and inventory levels.
Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate sales and route documentation.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with company operational standards.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE or OND qualification.
Valid driver's license is mandatory.
1–2 years of field sales experience preferred.
Good customer relationship management abilities.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Must possess a smartphone for reporting purposes.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
