Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary
We are looking for an accountant who will support the day-to-day financial operations of our retail business by maintaining accurate records, reconciling daily sales, and tracking inventory
ResponsibilitiesReconcile daily sales and cashier records, matching cash, POS, and transfer transactions across all terminals.
Work with the store and inventory teams to track stock levels, monitor shrinkage, and post inventory adjustments to the ledger.
Maintain accurate vendor and supplier accounts, process invoices, and track payments due.
Post daily accounting entries, manage petty cash, and assist in preparing balance sheets and income statements.
Generate weekly and monthly sales, expense, and profit reports for supermarket management.
RequirementsHND/B.Sc in Accounting, or Finance
2-3 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in the retail or supermarket industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP).
High attention to detail, numerical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
