Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and maintaining accurate financial records.
Managing general ledger and trial balance accounts.
Compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial information.
Managing accounts payable and receivable to ensure healthy cash flow.
Processing payroll accurately and on schedule.
Ensuring compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements.
Supporting financial reporting, analysis, and other accounting functions.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate should possess:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of core accounting experience.
Strong administrative and financial analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Required Technical Competencies:Proficiency in QuickBooks
Payroll Administration
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
Cash Flow Management
Tax Compliance and Statutory Returns
