Job Title: Analyst – Laboratory / Quality Control

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Laboratory/Quality Control Analystfor its feed mill operations in Ibadan. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of hands-on laboratory/quality control experience in a feed milland a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
The successful candidate will ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished feed products consistently meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished feed products.
Perform routine laboratory tests to ensure products meet established quality specifications.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
Prepare and maintain laboratory reports and quality records.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other applicable quality and feed safety standards.
Investigate quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and procurement teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Adhere to laboratory safety procedures and best practices.
RequirementsBSc Degree in Chemistry.
5–10 years of Laboratory/Quality Control experience in a feed mill.
Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methods for animal feed and feed ingredients.
Good understanding of quality management systems and feed safety standards.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
