Job Title: Architect

Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our engineering firm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing building projects from concept to completion.
You will ensure that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory standards while meeting clients’ needs and expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual and detailed architectural designs, drawings, and plans for construction projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate ideas into feasible design solutions.
Prepare and present design proposals, 3D renderings, and working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with technical specifications.
Conduct site inspections to monitor design implementation, materials, and workmanship.
Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and health and safety regulations.
Participate in tender preparation, cost estimation, and materials specification.
Revise drawings and plans based on client feedback and site conditions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and design records throughout all stages.
Provide technical guidance and design input during construction and project handover.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
3–5 years of post-graduation experience in architectural design, preferably within the construction industry.
Professional registration with ARCON, NIA, or an equivalent body is highly desirable.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural design tools.
Strong Knowledge of project management and interior architecture is required.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and sustainable building practices.
Strong visualization, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
