About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Associate, Finance & Administration to join itsleadershipteam.
This role offers a clear growth path, working directly with the Management Teaming Directorto build capability across finance, treasury, operations, and governance.
ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital
Support banking relationships, funding requirements, and liquidity planning
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Strengthen internal controls and support audit engagements
Maintain constructive relationships with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities
Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance and governance initiatives
Support oversight of admin functions — vendors, contracts, procurement, and office operations
Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives
Support the Management Team ing Directoron strategic finance matters, reports, and board materials.
RequirementsWhat we're looking for
ICAN/ACCA qualified
Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in finance, treasury, or operations
Strong treasury and liquidity management background
Proven experience managing relationships with regulators
Proven experienceBackgroundin financial services or a SEC-related regulatedentityindustry is a strong plus
Demonstrated readiness to grow into a senior leadership role.
SalaryN1,000,000 net / month.
