Victory Empowerment Centre is a micro-finance Non Governmental Organization (NGO) with a prime objective of improving the living of the poor men/women through innovative and flexible microfinance services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coach Loan Officers. Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth. Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement. Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality. Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc. in any discipline. Leadership or supervisory experience. Strong business development and people management skills. Experience in financial services is an advantage.

What You Should Know

Two (2) weeks compulsory training before deployment. 70% Field Work | 30% Office Work Monday – Friday Performance-based role.

Benefits

Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 / month. Accommodation provided during training and available at branch locations where applicable. Weekly transportation & data allowance provided.
