Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry to prepare high-quality meals, maintain excellent food standards, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present meals according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and cooking equipment.
Monitor food inventory and report shortages or wastage.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
RequirementsB.Sc. or HND qualification
3 - 4 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Good knowledge of local and continental cuisines.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
