Job Title: Spa Therapist

Job Description
Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments, waxing manicures/pedicures if applicable) to a consistently high standardin a safe and comfortable manner
Conduct guest consultations to assess needs, health conditions, and treatment preferences before each session
Recommend suitable treatments and retail products based on guest needs
Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
Maintain accurate records of treatments, guest preferences/files, and inventory usage
Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation of treatment roomsand follow health and safety regulations
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
Reportany arising issues immediately to line manager
Support upselling of spa services and packages to meet revenue targets
Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.
Requirments
Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification
2–5 years of proven experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel, or spa environment
Experience with a range of modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, facials, body treatments, etc.)
Skills & Attributes:Strong technical proficiency in massage and body treatment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, calm, and courteous demeanor
High attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
